In general, refunds issued to credit cards can take 5-7 business days to be reflected on your statement.

Bad Weather Guarantee: Bad weather is rare, but when it happens, it can be a big hassle. In the spirit of “no worries” traveling we've set up the Miami Beach 411 Bad Weather Guarantee. Here's how it works...

If the airline cancels your flight as a result of a tropical or winter storm, we will issue you a full refund.
If bad weather forces us to cancel a tour, we will issue you a full refund.
