Do you offer a round-trip discount?
Yes, save 5% when you book round-trip at MIAMI BEACH 411. To make a round-trip reservation, just add 2 One-Way products to your cart. Proceed through checkout and the discount will be reflected on your confirmation page.

Are reservations necessary?
Yes, the bus frequently sells out and only stops where it is scheduled.

Can I pay on the bus?
No, to insure you have a seat, you must purchase tickets in advance. Book online, or call us at (305) 754-2206.

Can I pay in cash?
No, cash is not accepted. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards are also accepted, if they have a Visa or Mastercard logo.

FRAUD CHECKING: To best serve our customers, we have fraud protection in place to ensure that stolen credit cards are not used. Your IP address will be logged. Proper id is required for boarding.

How much luggage can I bring?
You may bring 2 pieces of luggage (not weighing more than 50 pounds each) and 1 carry-on bag.

Will you pick me up from my hotel?
Yes. Free pick-up is available from all hotels in South Beach, Miami Beach, and Downtown Miami.

Can I make a reservation with my hotel?
The most likely answer is, no. Because space is limited, we only allow a select group of hotels to sell our tours. Contact us for the hotels list.

What are the vehicles like?
The motor coaches are air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 60 passengers. They are current models manufactured by Van-Hool. All motor coaches are equipped with restrooms, as well as onboard movies. The vans accommodate 14 passengers and are air conditioned. They are current models manufactured by Mercedes-Benz.

How is seating assigned?
Seating is based on a first come, first serve basis.

Are food and beverages allowed?
No, food and beverages are not allowed.

Do you allow mobile phone use?
Mobile phone use is permitted, but is limited with respect and courtesy to your fellow passengers.

Do you offer Wi-Fi service?
Wi-fi service is offered by some of the carriers at their discretion. Service is not guaranteed.

How many bags can I take?
You are allowed two suitcases and one personal item per person.

Am I allowed to carry my child on my lap during travel?
A child younger than 24 months is considered a lap child and does not need to pay for a seat. As per federal regulations once a child is older than 24 months, they are no longer considered a lap child and a seat must be purchased in order for them to travel.

Can children travel alone?
Yes, with a letter of authorization from the child's legal custodian.

How far in advance should I buy tickets?
Orlando is the most popular vacation destination in the U.S. Bus tickets do sell out. To ensure a seat, please buy your tickets at least 24 hours in advance. Note: Reservations made after 7:00 PM for the next day are not guaranteed.

Where can I park my car in Miami?
We recommend parking at Bayside Market Place (401 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33132). Parking is available inside the parking lot. Monday to Friday the parking rate is $1.25 per hour. Saturday and Sunday the rate is $15 for the day, cash only, payable in advance.

Do you offer Disney theme park tickets?
Yes! For trips that include everything from theme park tickets and transportation, to hotel and breakfast, see our 1-Day Tour and Disney vacation.

Do you offer group rates?
For parties of 6 persons or more, contact us with the specifics of your group.

What if I need to change the date, or cancel my reservation?
We know travel plans change. That's why you may change the dates, or cancel your tour for a full refund, as long as you notify us 48 hours ahead of your scheduled departure.
